        What to bring
          • Things to prepare (clothes, things to bring, etc.) 
          • Clothing that you don't mind getting dirty, sports shoes that cover the entire foot (sandals and Crocs are not allowed), Pants (shorts allowed, skirts not allowed)
          • Convenient to have: A bag (pouch or backpack) that allows you to use both hands to store valuables
