Utilizing twenty years of experience, Ginza Saisho has returned to Ginza to provide the highest quality sushi dining experience.

After a brief relocation during the difficult years of the pandemic, the formally named “Sushi Saisho” returns to Ginza as “Ginza Saisho”. This premium-quality sushi restaurant is a secluded, intimate restaurant tucked away in the heart of Ginza.

Saisho is from Akita and has been serving guests for over 20 years. Providing omakase sushi, or chef's choice, dinners will indulge in fresh and delicious fish that the chef selects in the morning from the market.

This restaurant is also home to the famous “Sea Urchin Festival” experience, a rare event announced irregularly and booked up almost immediately. It’s a treat to experience and features buttery, premium-quality sea urchin-based delicacies. The "uniku" dish is a trademarked specialty of the restaurant.

This is an intimate dining establishment. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the English-speaking chef is happy to host travelers from around the world. In addition, you can try sake from Akita selected by a certificated sake sommelier.

Chat around the counter and enjoy an incredible omakase sushi experience!
