While most people imagine classic nigiri when they think of sushi, grandma will teach you how to make a different kind. Start off with oshizushi pressed sushi. This type of sushi comes from the Kansai region and is made by packing and pressing the rice and ingredients into a wooden mold then slicing the resulting block into bite-sized pieces.
