Sushi Kadowaki is located on the sixth floor of a contemporary building in the heart of Ginza. Stepping through the sliding doors into the restaurant, guests are welcomed by the tranquil sound of water flowing from the tsukubai. Seated at the inviting white wood counter, guests are enveloped in a warm and friendly atmosphere.  


Sushi Kadowaki offers guests a multisensory sushi experience, presenting the entire sushi-making process in front of the guests. The English-speaking staff is always ready to help.  


The sushi, made with the nakase fat-emulsifying technique as part of the Edomae tradition, offers patrons unparalleled flavors. The fish is perfectly complemented by the rice, cooked in a special pot with red and white vinegar. An impressive array of Japanese sake and wine accompanies the omakase sushi course.
