Indulge your senses at one of the most trendy restaurants for unagi (eel), just off Roppongi Hills. Here the eel is prepared in the Kansai style, grilled without steaming. Nyorosuke provides a range of dishes, from traditional to modern.   


You can enjoy dishes such as eel tempura, charcoal grilled eel skewers, unaju (high-grade eel served in a Japanese lacquered box), and unadon (eel served on top of rice).   The dishes are prepared in both kabayaki and shirayaki methods, so you can enjoy all the umami eel has to offer!  


The eel is prepared and grilled right after you order, and it may take up to 20 minutes for your meal to be served. But rest assured it will certainly be crispy and delicious!  As the eel is being grilled, you will smell the fragrant aroma that wafts through the air, which will whet your appetite for the feast ahead.
